"LIPAs Cottage hosts, Ruby and Edwin, have really thought of it all when it comes to catering to their guests. From the amenities in their beautiful home like the themed rooms, theater room and play room to the small things that make a huge difference like all toiletries, towels & washcloths, down to toilet paper. They aim to please and have made their cottage very welcoming. The community offers many amenities as well. My husband and three children and I had a great stay at LIPAs Cottage. Good to know… the cottage is located only 45 minutes away from Montage Mountain ski resort for the winter and about 25 minutes away from Kalahari. You won’t regret booking!"

"If you're looking for a place to call, "home away from home" LIPAs Cottage is that place! The house is well kept, very spacious and super clean! There were so many amenities to chose from. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy sports activities or a night out in the town, the cottage provides just that. Ruby and Edwin were awesome hosts. They stayed in communication with us during our stay and made sure everything was ok. I visited twice and definitely looking forward to a third visit. I highly recommend LIPAs Cottage for your future getaway."

"I enjoyed LIPAS Cottage movie room with its big TV and comfortable L sofa, where the whole family fits. Game room is beautiful with the pool table. Modern kitchen with big dinning table. The whole house is beautiful. Lots of things to do in community house and surrounding area. The family loves LIPAS Cottage. We will be going back soon."

"A great escape from reality! We had an amazing time at Lipa’s cottage this summer! Our stay was filled with many surprises and lots of amenities to choose from. The kids played basketball, swam in the pool, went kayaking, enjoyed a bonfire, all within the community. The adults had a great time venturing off to a nearby winery where we enjoyed great food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their well decorated and maintained home with perfect little escape areas for everyone. Movie room upstairs, game room in the basement, zen like retreat below the deck! The accommodations were just wonderful as well as the communication with the host (Ruby). Overall a great place to stay with a little something for everyone! Would definitely recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay at Lipa’s Cottage and would highly recommend this immaculate Airbnb. When we arrived, the check-in process easy. The hostess, Ruby, was great and very accommodating. Ruby & Edwin were very detailed with instructions. Lipa cottage was full with lots of amenities from toiletries to snacks. Who can ask for more? The property decor is stylish and has a unique touch to every room, which makes it more welcoming. My family loved everything about Lipa’s Cottage. The game room, movie room with huge T.V. and the kitchen with all the amenities to prepare dinner. We even enjoyed a nice warm soak in the free-standing tub. We took our kids to Arrow Head pool, which was awesome. The community has a lot to offer tennis courts and beaches. We had a spectacular stay at the sparking clean, Lipa’s Cottage! We will definitely visit soon to enjoy the fall and winter activities!"
