"I don't even want to give it one star! My dad was admitted and 4 days later he was in the hospital because his sugar was through the roof and his heart rate was high. The only way that could have happened is if he did not receive his meds or insulin in the 4 days he was there! That is complete negligence and incompetence on their part! Do NOT send your loved one here!"
"This facility is so unprofessional. They do not follow rules or procedures. They make their own rules up as they go along . They let employees who steal narcotics work there and tolerate poor behavior such as lazy aides/nurses . Poor care is given to the residents. It’s very shameful what they tolerate there . They do not care about their employees , the owners are a joke. It’s poorly ran, almost like a circus . The state spends so much time there you would almost think they were house staff working there ."
"This place is horrible! I was there for rehabilitation to a break in the foot, a nurse stole my pain meds, they leave elderly people on the toilet for 45min. Or more sometimes, the foods either over or under cooked, and the DON, Penny is a habitual liar."
"I spent Three weeks at Autumn Grove facility in Harrisville, I can’t thank everyone enough for the attention that they provided for me. I honestly can say that I met no one that I did not like that was taking care of me during my stay there. The physical therapy was excellent mornings and afternoons every day.when I pushed the button for help someone was right there checking on me.don’t hesitate to go there if you need a place to go that is where you want to be. They could improve the meals just a tad. Thanks everyone for opening my eyes and giving me a whole new look at this kind of facility you were great and although I didn’t provide names you know who you are and be proud of what you are doing."
"The staff at Autumn Grove took wonderful care of my mom in the long term secured memory. It was a very positive experience for her as well as me. The staff was very easy to communicate with and they did an amazing job, especially during covid. The activities and the nursing staff are top notch and I am very grateful for their care of mom."
