"Total rip off. I got a truck rental to move things and the reservation form online has you estimate how many miles you think you’ll use. And when I went to pick up the truck the lady lied to me and said I’d only pay for however many miles I actually used (knowing that I was prepaying for the estimated miles upfront). I called customer service to get refunded since I didn’t use all the miles I prepaid for you and they told me they don’t refund the estimated miles even though I explained to them that I was told I would get refunded. Hate being lied to and paying way more than I need to"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Had a truck booked for 2 weeks only to be told the Monday before Christmas there’s no trucks and they offered no help to find a replacement. Take your online reservations down if UPS and FedEX take all your trucks for the holiday season- me, the consumer, does not care and all I know is I’m stuck trying to find a truck last minute, around Christmas, to move a family member into a nursing home. Great job Budget."

"This is the worst truck rental location you can go to. And Budget is the worst company ever. I made a reservation for a truck at this location. When the time came to pick up the truck, they did not have any. The incompetent people behind the desk could not help me find another. Amazing!"

"I give you zero stars Reserved a truck for the weekend from this location for an early Saturday pickup. Called the day prior and was told the truck would not be ready until 11AM. Ok, fine. I can deal with that. ON THE DAY OF PICKUP, AT HALF PAST MIDNIGHT, RECEIVED A CALL TO TELL ME THERE WOULD BE NO TRUCK AND HERE'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. You stink, Budget Rental. If you can't fulfill a simple order... and you think it's ok (even a little) to call at just after midnight on the day of to essentially tell your customer to suck an egg... you are a failing business. Your reservation system and your direct and implied promises to customers is a dumpster fire of lies."
