"I don’t live here but I’m here at least once a month. I look at the inside of my daughter’s apartment. And the walls are cracking things just aren’t right. They don’t smoke, they have a non smoking apartment. But they put a smoker below them. Their apartment always smells like they are smoking in it but they don’t smoke.i believe it comes up through the bathroom floors. When you get a shower the steam on the wall makes the nicotine On the walls run from whoever lives below them. They need to get the whole bathroom caulked annd the hole for the sink trap needs to be filled in. I’m almost positive this will fix the problem. I tell them to have maintenance come out and I will show him the problems. And what needs to be fixed. They don’t have a working heater in their bedroom. I dont know who the woman is that they talk to but they do talk very highly of her."

"I have been renting for 10 years and this apartment complex is easily the worst! 1. The unit looked like makeup on a pig. You could see spackle patches, the walls were lumpy, ceiling cracked, floor was soft in the bathroom, AC did not work, had water leaks through walls, paint had dried drip marks everywhere, and air units caused major breathing issues. 2. There were constantly cops due to physical fights with other tenants, domestic abuse, abuse of minors, drug addicts, and aggressive dog breeds that were not supposed to be allowed. 3. I used the patient portal to pay rent and when I went to pay last month's rent before moving the portal said final payment, but then a month later got an email stating that I was late on my payment. I found out that they charged me an odd amount of $77.22 on another payment of rent even though I already paid my final rent according to the portal and late fees are only supposed to be $50. Therefore, I contacted Athena Foxworth the manager asking for an explanation, but no response. Also, I have never been late on a payment in my life. 4. The rent was being raised to $375, so I decided to notify them over 60 days in advance that I would not renew. She reached out to schedule the pre-move out inspection, and she told me this had to be done at least a month before the lease ended. Which was a lie because it was not in the lease agreement. 5. Finally, I am suing them for holding my security deposit that I was assured that I would get in full 3 months ago."

"I’ve only been here 4 days but I like how it is quiet. I like that the maintenance do there job and keep up with the apartment work and they are very friendly. I like that the staff altogether is very friendly and helpful and nice so far a nice place to live. The only thing I would change is the rent I feel like it’s a little high for a 1 bedroom."

"I’ve been here for quite some time. I’ve also written many reviews about my experience here. The previous management was absolutely beyond horrendous. Currently management seems much better organized… at getting money out your pocket. I was having major issues with my apartment since moving in four years ago. Ex: my bathtub is covered in some weird paint that is constantly chipping & is very hard to clean because it doesn’t belong. Which, of course messes with the functionality of the tub itself. I gave a very lengthy repair list (including mold issues) & was told it was a matter of renovation. I was offered a different apartment, in which I passed. Long story short it’s been more than a hassle trying to get out of here. (Yay, great economy.) And I will say although taken to court & asked for $4K a month as holdover tenants at least they were understanding to a certain point… I suppose. 4K is insane & literally statistically impossible for most Americans. Lastly, I would like to mention… living here has been a nightmare. I literally feel like instead of having a place to consider home, it feels more like having five roommates. I’m 28. No body got time for that. Been there, done that. I wouldn't feel comfortable starting a family here. Which I saw a beautiful family move in & right back out. I mirror that sentiment as well. You will have five very present neighbors if you’re getting a one bedroom apartment. There is next to no privacy. So, if having a cozy home experience is what you’re hoping for … this is not it. The best thing this apartment complex did was introduce me to a new lovely area. In which I would employee others to KEEP a lovely nice area. I had a tenant argue with my partner over a parking spot. Funny enough the other side of this complex seems to be in much better shape. But, this side & even the apartment complex right before this one (not across the street) not good news. The type of tenants definitely add to the displeasuring experience that is this general area. I’ll throw a bone & say perhaps with new management & so on things will get better for those locked in here. Best wishes!"

"If you live on the second floor, Don't use the deck. They are Unsafe. Yes they are new but they didn't attach the legs correctly . And in this area right outside of someone's door , that's a 6ft drop that was worked on months ago and still unfinished, very unsafe. Where is the county inspector for these appointments? Someone is going to get seriously hurt if this isn't fixed or temporarily blocked. Til it's fixed correctly."
