"Excellent customer service, hot water heater did not work, technician brought a brand new one. Called a few competitors and they quoted me almost double the price, and could not come out until later in the week. This happened over the holidays and it was imperative that we had hot water in our home during this time of year. I called Goodman plumbing was greeted by a friendly staff and they promised to handle my needs the same day. In addition their pricing was very fair. Two men arrived Stan and another employee arrived promptly and not only were they friendly but efficient. They were in and out and solved my problem. Very happy and satisfied customer."
