"If I could rate Milestones Wellness Center 100 stars, I would! Dr. Paul Seiferth, the director Ben, Amber and Kate, have literally saved my life!! I spent about 30 years battling addiction and buried 2 of my daughters from overdoses. These amazing people have gone above and beyond anyone I have ever encountered in my entire life regarding not only by addressing my addiction and recovery, but shown me the greatest compassion as a human being in general! One of my daughters was deployed out of WV and my home was in PA. I moved here to help with my grandson while my daughter is away. I qualified for medicaid in this state, however, no insurance company here are of any use to me when it comes to managing my disease or cover the costs of the Telemed appointments nor the prescription expenses. I was told, “NO” even if i paid in cash, by every pharmacy I reached out to! Since when did a pharmacist become a doctor? They should have followed that “NO” with,”Christy, we would rather you turn to the streets and find yourself a lethal dose of fentanyl and just kill yourself!” I relayed my situation back to the staff, via text and within an hour they had a prescription waiting for me! When i went to pick the meds up, I was treated like I was a worthless piece of trash and told they would honor a one week supply that I paid for in cash, and only this one time exception was emphasized! I left there and cried the whole ride home. My tears weren’t because I was only able to receive a week supply of the medication, my tears were because of how they treated me! These pharmacies had no problem filling prescriptions to healthy and often young individuals who walked through their doors picking up their oxytocins, percocets, or all the other opioids that were being handed out like candy,, but yet now they frown upon those same individuals, the lucky ones, who aren’t dead now, they treat like junkies when they try to fill a life sustaining medication. During the opioid epiidemic, Walgreens,Walmart, CVS, Rite Aid, it didn’t matter which pharmacy addicts chose to go to, those pharmacies continued to fill opiates to their customers because they wanted the revenue it brought in! Greed was there motivation for handing those opiates over to our loved ones with a smiles on their faces and having a bank account full of cash from the profits they were receiving. Meanwhile, a high percent of those cash cows, “OUR LOVED ONES,” are now dead! And why? All because once the opioid crisis was uncovered, all those now addicted loved ones were left vulnerable and addicted!. They were cut off from their poisons, so they turned to the streets and we were left to bury all the unfortunate ones who didn’t overcome their battle. The week was almost up for me so i texted Dr. Seiferth, Amber, Kate and Ben to thank them kindly for all they have done, even though it was only a week supply, it was the fact that they fought so hard for that week supply! I told them to cancel my upcoming appointment as i was already told by the pharmacy that this was a once and done deal of filling my prescription, because Dr. Seiferth and his staffs primary location is in PA, despite the Dr. being licensed in both states. But guess what? The staff already talked to the pharmacy about refilling my prescription and was able to make it happen!! I don’t know what was said to them, but i can tell you what was said to me, ”Christy I am sorry they made you feel the way you did and that I will continue to leap through all the hoops and obstacles to continue with the process of filling out all their forms and applications and follow all their rules and conditions until one day you will be able to walk through those doors and not have to fight to live!” Those may not have been the exact words quoted, but they are close enough for me to show the world that someone cares! Amber followed up with me to insure I was able to receive my medicine and that to me folks is nothing less than loving angels here on earth! If that wasn’t kind enough, my Dr. fee was waived on one of my appointments!"

"This place is amazing, I’ve been to a few similar doctors, and not one of the others, gives out the same exceptional care on an individual basis as this one. The doctor and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind hearted. They accept most major insurances and they really helped me get my life together. Would absolutely recommend 10/10. 5 Stars. They really actually go the extra mile here, not only to make sure you’re okay, but ensure you get the best care you can possibly get for your specific circumstances. I’m not paid to say this, I really felt compelled simply because I’ve never experienced anything like it. Usually when you reach out for help you’ll find nothing, but this place will reach down and assist you in bettering your overall health. The care the offer saved me a ton of cash and helped me get ahead in my life. (I’m 25 and I now have two jobs and I am getting a secondary education) and I can trace it all back to when I made the phone and asked them for the help I needed. And they actually gave it to me. I’m not sure if the staff sees this, but if they can, I just want to say thank you. From the bottom of my heart"

"I have been going here a while now and let's just say their like family they don't judge you as long as your trying..... and will go to war for you when having issues with pharmacies or Insurance companies milestones is their 100%... the staff are caring as well as the doc..just all around awesome support system. Their even their when u need a ear to listen to you as well as... I would recomend if u need help during recovery this is the place to start"
