Took my child to Douglassville to receive stitches and later to have them removed. Both times he was seen promptly and attended to very professionally. Thank you!"

"Wait time was a little long. To be fair, there were quite a few people waiting when I arrived. Once I got to see the doctor,I was treated with respect and kindness. All in all, a positive experience. I do recommend the facility."

"I had a cold with lingering sinus type issues for a couple of weeks. I had a student come in to check me first. She was a little rough with the otoscope and I’m guessing pushed it in too far and I could feel it stab me in my ear. I made a noise and she asked if it hurt. Then continued to stab in my ear two more times. After she left the PA came in. Since then my ear has been in constant pain and I have non stop ringing. I tried calling back and asking for a provider which they would not put one on. The lady on the phone told me there was no way the student could have hurt my ear and maybe I developed an ear infection. Right after a rough ear exam in which I was told I had no infection? Makes no sense. Then says I can come back and get checked again. And what? Pay more money. I’ve had students at various doctors and they always have their supervisor with them (which you’d think they would be in the room and this is how they probably learn) and if you’re far enough along to be alone, then you should know how to use an otoscope. I felt like I wasn’t being listened to and pushed off because they don’t even want to entertain the idea of them messing up. I wish I had never gone now and hope my ear gets better."

"I was waited on quickly and the staff was very friendly. My one big problem was that I was given an antibiotic for an infection in my hand. It came from a cat scratch. The antibiotic did not agree with me, the runs. I called to ask for a different antibiotic and I was told I would need to be see by the doctor again. I didn't need to see the doctor I just needed a different antibiotic. I did not need to pay foe another visit."

"The care was really good I actually had to go to the ER because of a serious situation that the doctor discovered and that saved my day. Front desk not so good, attitude, a little on the rough side, but in the end the doctor and nurses for me are the main concern and that was all good."
