University Ridge Apartments, located at 400 East Brown Street in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, is a housing option for upper class students at East Stroudsburg University. The apartments feature semi-private bathrooms shared between one to two students, fully equipped kitchens, and fully furnished single occupancy bedrooms. Each unit has adjustable heating and air conditioning for comfort. The complex houses a total of 111 students in 35 units, with three students per apartment in single rooms. Apartments can be single gender or mixed gender based on student requests. University Ridge Apartments accommodates 539 students in four bedroom/two bath apartments, exclusively for ESU students who have reached sophomore standing or new transfer students. The apartments can be single gender or mixed gender based on the preferences of all four roommates. This housing option is available year-round for student occupancy.
