"I rarely give a 2 star. Really it should be lower. I looked online at hours I wanted something small for husband's bday. You can never go wrong with fruit arrangements. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. They chose to go to a different store in complex . I dropped them.off at 415 then go over to edible arrangements. They were closed!!! Door hrs said 5 pm online said 5 pm . Why I see an older gentleman getting into his truck of edible arrangements from the dollar store. Like you closed early for what ?? Dissatisfied to say the least. This was on July 14th. Do better"

"We order and receive Edible Arrangements fairly often. The product can be scrumptious, and Pottstown delivery is excellent. The only drawbacks I’ve seen are prices are high, and in-store service, in Pottstown, has been lack-luster. A couple of summers ago a grumpy counter lady served moldy fruit to my grandchildren. I’ve never gone back, but would still order deliveries because it’s apparent to me that order prep and counter help are nowhere near the same, and chocolate-dipped strawberries are amazingly delicious."

"I have ordered several bouquets and platters and they all turn out great! Delicious fruit and the quality that goes into making them all is top tier."

"Costs. 19.95 for delivery. Ridiculous. And it was only 1.1 mile from the store. So I picked it up. Girl at counter was very courteous and understood the situation."
