"We had a wonderful experience with the KOP Raymour and Flanigan location. Rose was the best . She was exceptionally helpful and so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help us and to even help us with last minute changes. She spent so much time with us and even moved furniture in the store to give us a great visual on configurations. Tony also was helpful when I called and helped with our order. Victoria the manager was helpful and was always available for questions. James was very informative on the phone and kept things in order ! Also the delivery team were just great and also helped with our set up. We have a lot of furniture from Raymour but this experience with Rose was our best yet ! Cheers to you Rose… please look for her when you go in. You won’t be disappointed."

"Raymour & Flanigan Cheated me Update: they have all my info including phone and email address and their response is just a publicity stunt Original: I bought a three piece leather living room furniture set from Raymour & Flanigan, in King of Prussia, PA. This was a custom order and I paid full list price. I paid my bill in full. They dropped off the set after much delay, in dark of the night and upon inspection every piece had damages, cuts and scratches on them. I immediately contacted the driver who had already left and my salesperson who asked me to contact their customer service. After calling the customer service several times, two weeks later, they sent someone over who used magic markers to hide scratches and crazy glue and paint to repair the tears on the leather furniture. The serviceman said that he will submit his report and I’ll hear from customer service. Not hearing from customer service and being extremely disappointed I wrote customer service and requested a refund and disputed the charge with my credit card company. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in all my life. It has been several weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I’m out of almost $4000 and stock with damaged furniture."

"For many years my husband and his family have been loyal to this brand. And ever since we moved into our first home, it was never a question of where to get our furniture. Both of us have always loved everything we bought. This time, we were searching for a new bed. And we picked a wonderful piece in the King of Prussia showroom. However, upon delivery, it became clear that the piece, although beautifully designed, completely overwhelmed our new bedroom. I was devastated. Knowing about the R&F policy, I was practically in tears. Nevertheless, we decided to go back to the King of Prussia location to see if anything could be fixed. To my amazement, Michael, the store manager, showed us kindness, compassion, and top-notch professionalism! He worked with the regional manager, and together they came up with a perfect solution for us! Our experience went from 0 to 100 thanks to the fantastic employees of the company. We will always be loyal customers of R&F, the company based on the quality of their product and the incredible professionals behind it!"

"This location is fantastic! We worked with Kimberly for all of our items and she was so wonderful to work with. Attentive, responsive, and picked up on our style needs immediately! We ended up getting a mattress, bedroom set, and three decorative chairs and are incredibly happy with the process. Customer service was also great - responsive and personal. Delivery was in stages and every time the guys were professional, fast, and no damage to my home or products!! Highly highly recommend."
