"01/27/2021 Ambers screw up continues. See below 01/11/2021 Check out my update.... see how Ambers mistake continues to haunt me. Don’t get your taxes done here. Not only did Amber use someone else’s bank account numbers on my return, but H and R Block did nothing to rectify the situation. I not only did not receive my return, but I also was not refunded any of the amount I paid to have the tax prepared. I have much more to say, but I have to get back to dealing with the IRS. If you do go, don’t use Amber, you will regret it and lose money. 01/11/2021 And the curse of Amber continues.... after many days and hours on the phone I finally got H and R Block to refund my money and I got the IRS to send me my return. It’s not over yet though! Since Amber used the wrong bank account number on my last return, I can’t get the stimulus money that’s coming. They tell me I can claim it on my 2020 taxes, but I’m not seeing what good that does me now. Triple, quadruple check your return if you get it done here. Whatever it takes, you don’t want this headache, it really hurts 01/27/2021 So I finally got the stimulus money. It wasn’t deposited directly into my account like it should have been because of Amber. Instead I got a card, like I need another card in my wallet. After two ATMs which wouldn’t allow me to access my money. I had to call and give them my account and routing number, which I try not to do unless necessary. Sounds like I might have to go through this again if there’s a second round because it’s not refillable. I’m sorry frustrated. It may sound trivial but I’m busy and I’m trying to stay out of stores because of COVID. DONT GO TO AMBER. She is not capable or accountable."
