"Got the ultimate power play at another McDonald's just off the turnpike and it was great. The food was fresh and hot. I just got one at the Scalp Ave McDonald's and it was terrible, the chicken sandwich was very dry and the fries weren't that good, but the hamburgers weren't too bad."
"THIS MCDONALDS IS THE WORST PLACE ON THIS WHOLE EARTH. They messed up everything with our order. the service was terrible. it was like no one was even working. half the staff was outside smoking. they forgot half our order. everyone was super impatient bc no one could assist them. this place sucks. -5 stars. do not recommend. Go to Somerset for mcdonald’s. they actually know how to work."
"Edit: a couple days after posting this, the owner called me on the telephone to talk with me. She was super nice and apologized. She said she would take measures to correct this and send me some coupons to use for the inconvenience. She is very nice and I can tell she cares deeply about her business. Thank you for your professionalism in taking care of this matter. I will definitely be back! My mom came back from McDonald's on Scalp Avenue in Johnstown (5 minutes away) and my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese was so dry...the meat was like leather and same with the cheese. There was one small piece of onion on it and I'm pretty sure it wasn't even in the correct bun. It was awful and even the writing on the box said "FRESH BEEF cooked when you order, but there's no way this could have been sitting less than an hour or two. The only slightly saving grace was the fries. They weren't fresh but at least they were edible."
