"After raising my mortgage $400/month because they mis-calculated property taxes (how can you be that far off?), which is not easy to absorb financially, they never communicate when or if they've paid my property taxes with all the extra monthly funds I had to pay. Find your mortgage from a different lender."

"After having an account at Essa Bank since 1998 I recently ran into some issues with my pension being deposited due to issues with the New York City pension department. After speaking with somebody I was assured that all I had to do was keep money in the bank and my account was stay open. Next thing I get a letter saying they closed my account. When I called up I spoke to Jonathan who told me he called me which was a bold-faced lie. I never spoke to Jonathan. He insisted that he called me and I insisted he did not. He was very short and Curt and I never experienced anybody like this at this Bank in the past. Jonathan works at the Marshalls Creek Branch one of the finest places and that's why I kept my money going there but he is not a good fit.. now my funds are in a turmoil and I don't know when I will be getting a paper check.. by the way I am applied senior citizen and this has really upset my whole life literally. Thanks Jonathan not"
