"I cannot say enough about everyone at Dr Renee’s office. I have bad anxiety and needed a new pcp. After a year of searching I found Dr Rubinstein. The whole staff is so down to earth. So caring. She listened. She didn’t judge. I felt so safe with her. And I have never felt like that with any doctor. The waiting room was full but it was so friendly. Everyone was just happy to be there. And I see why! Even tho it was full, there wasn’t even a long wait. And honestly I wouldn’t have cared if there was a wait because her care is PHENOMENAL!!!! We went over all aspects of my health. My fears. And when I started bawling she immediately gave me tissues and she GENUINELY CARED about me. She gave me a say in my choice too. She didn’t force anything. She explained things she thinks would me. And gave me a voice in my care. I honestly feel like the stars aligned and pointed me to her as my doctor!!!!"

"Dr Renee was very rushed and would only see you for maybe 5 minutes. The staff was very kind… however she was not and seemed irritable. She was also very impatient and called me back to her office maybe 4 times, because her staff was handing me some paper work to pass along to her. Left feeling very anxious. I saw a new doctor and it was like night and day. New doctor was actually thorough unlike dr. Renee Rubinstein. Only rating 2 stars because of the incredible staff."

"Dr. Renee & her Secretary Miss Judy together they make one hell of a team. It's always a friendly, welcoming, and fun vibes in the office air. I've been a patient with Dr. Renee for 6+ yrs. other Doctor offices are way closer to home with office hours that accommodate me better but I would rather pick a extra half an hour drive and taking a day the day off work than go to another much closer doctor's office. I love Dr. Renee & Miss Judy thank you guys for all you've done for me all three years . Tylor O'Connell 3/1/2021"
