"Staff here are pretty rude and don't look to serve in best interest of customer. The moment you enter the store they try to push you on sales and start showing attitude when you take your time to go around and finalize things. Seems like you need dress in a certain way to earn their attention. LOL. I've tried to exchange my previous purchase (bought like a week ago and is in original condition with all tags and receipt) to which the store manager told me that they can't refund and I can only exchange. I have to show my receipt terms to educate him and get a store credit. Never going back here and I would strongly recommend others to do the same to save your self esteem. Staff here lacks service motive and I'm surprised to see this store still running with this kind of staff."

"Love the brand and store manager was a friendly guy. The rating represents the “face” attire requirement to enter the store, the company needs to move on and provide a choice of what to put in prior to entering the store. Will update review once the silly attire requirement is fixed."

"Very rude staff, I wanted to exchange a shirt that they by mistake give me the wrong size, I purchased 4 shirts. Asked for a size 16 1/2 they give me one 16 and 3 16 1/2. Today diciembre 26 at 5pm I went to the store but they staff laughed at me because of my accent English I’d my second language and were very rude did changed my shirt."
