"The staff sucks and has a horrible attitude. They lie about the manager being in office so they don’t have to be reprimanded. Very unprofessional, ghetto and dirty. Will not recommend to a dog!!!"

"Only five minutes before our scheduled time, they canceled my mom's appointment. This was especially frustrating since we had traveled a considerable distance to get there. To make matters worse, the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. She made fun of my mom’s name bc she can’t pronounce it. We found it extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. When I inquired about the reason for the cancellation, citing the absence of our usual dentist, Dr. F, the receptionist evaded my questions and claimed she couldn't disclose any information. This lack of transparency was baffling, especially since I've been a patient for years and this was my mother's first visit. Although the dental care provided by the clinic is satisfactory, the front desk's service leaves much to be desired and significantly detracts from the overall experience."

"I had appointment early August. They called and canceled and rescheduled my appointment for October 13th. Today I didn't hear from them to confirm my appointment. So I called. I was told they cancelled this appointment. Which is a LIE, I didn't receive a call. If they called to cancel, why didn't we rescheduled. Good Help is Hard to Find."

"This place is Awesome. I had two teeth that needed to be filled. One of those teeth were questionable as it might not be able to be saved. I also needed to have my upper parcel fixed. Not only did the Doctor save the tooth but everything was perfect. I didn't feel a thing. The Staff is caring and very efficient in what they do. All in All - My experience was excellent. "DO NOT RECOMMEND Not usually one to review places, but this dentist really screwed me over. I went here 5 months ago, had x-rays and everything. It was just a check-up and they said everything was good. The other day I felt a large cavity myself so I tried to call them for an appointment. Front desk never answered my call after multiple tries, so I ended up making an appointment somewhere else. Just went to this new dentist and she said my cavity is so big that I need a root canal now and that the dentist at perfect smile should have caught it without a doubt since they took x-rays & it would have been forming well before my appointment. I went to perfect smile because it was one of the few places my insurance covered. If that's the case for you too I'd say you're better off paying for somewhere out of your plan than going here."
