"This place has roach infested appliances. I should send them my exterminator bill. Don't buy an appliance here unless you want roaches."
"BEWARE!!! They only gave me a 30 day warranty on a fridge that was apparently brand new from retail but had dents so they were able to sell at their store at a discount. So they say….My tenants complained about the fridge since day one and Smart home appliance sent their own “technician” 2x within the 30 day period who, conveniently for them, said there was nothing wrong with it. Then when I sent a 3rd party technician (within 90 days) the legit technician said the fridge is unsalvageable and might as well purchase a new one. Smart home refused to believe that this was the case , were completely unprofessional , accused my tenants of lying and accused me of having done wrong by hiring a separate technician outside of their own and offered absolutely no type of solution. I have to purchase a new fridge now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!"

They delivered on time, were willing to work within my budget, and were amazing with how they handled my tenant when they dropped off the appliances. Wonderful business with amazing people."
"We are a property maintenance company and we use a lot of third party for appliances, needless to say this would not be the one going forward as they have sold us 4 fridge and all of them had problems. One of the tenants lost their food and actual had the nerve to tell the tenant that not to worry that they get food stamps. horrible customer service and rude."
