"I have read all the reviews and I guess it must depend on the product. I've been to this place four times in the last year with a frozen load and I have never had a problem. The first time was a little confusing but not bad. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and I don't think it has taken more than 2 hours to unload each time. I'm picking up a load tomorrow in Colorado and heading back there again"
"I can't attest to the box van or reefer aspect of coming here, but for tankers it's ideal. If you are coming here with a tank, go past the main (1st) entrance to the next one on your right. Follow that road down over the railroad tracks and swing a right to get to the scale (Plenty of signs). As you straighten up, just up ahead on your right you'll see an office trailer; take a right at the end of that trailer and the scale entrance is on your right. You have to back into it but there's plenty of room to straighten up and back right in. Once on the scale, take your paperwork and head up the stairs that are on the right side of your truck. Go in first door, go left and go in sample room office. They'll take care of you from there. Nice people. Once you're empty, hit the scale and go back upstairs to get your paperwork. To exit the property, pull off scale and motor straight ahead. If you need to take a break, plenty of overnight parking on your left as you head out the exit. As always, YMMV. 27DEC2019"
"First time delivering here , and wasn't a horrible experience like the reviews I read , unloaded me a day early, staff were all pleasant, overnight parking, corner dock I delivered to was a little snug but no big deal , sign says semi entrance turn in cross the tracks turn right the scale is on the right gotta back in ,"
"My delivery experience was awesome, I arrived really early, was able to check in, park in the staging area, every one was helpful from admin to yard crew, considering being a first timer here, yard crew actually take you where you need to go. Very helpful knowledge is key, when you don't know.. Once I was in a dock door unloading was quick.. You do scale before and after unloading.."
