"They upholstered a piece for me and did a very low quality job. They did not recreate the styling of my original piece. I paid a premium price for a Big Lots job. They refused to provide input in the fabric selection process. Perhaps you have to own the home of the year for Decorating South to decide you're worthy of a good job. It's for sure no magazine would feature the work they did on my loveseat."
