"The Penn Hills Pizza Hut is closer to me but I prefer to travel to the lower Burrell location as their food is always done correctly and piping hot. Kudos to the staff there. Keep up the excellent work!!"
"It used to be nice. A pizza restaurant that was a step above all the other pizza joints. One that had some class. Now it's just an empty restaurant that can't even do small orders correctly. The app and online service have constant problems. In the past when having problems they were taken care of quickly and professionally. Now it's worse then a local pizza joint. They are rude. They will screw up your order and then yell at you when you ask why it isn't correct. They lie and not even well. The lies often disprove each other. And when you call out the discrepancies they become belligerent. I live close and have been going to them for years. I like to stand by local business. But it's become so toxic I can't anymore."
"We have stopped in several times since moving to the area. The people are friendly and nice. The food is cooked fresh and haven't had any issues. Haven't been to a pizza hut in several years and we have come to this one about 5 times in the last month and a half because of how nice they are and how good it tastes. They care about the quality"
