"For the most part I have been very happy here at Penn side manor apartments, met some great neighbors, many not here. And especially the manager there Dianne Lizzio. She has been a great person, caring and always has a listening ear to resolve issues. She is bright, caring, and quite professional in her mannerisms. She has been an asset to this housing units. I have been a tenant here for 20 years. Miriam Vega Vargas!"
"I have tried to get into these apartments for months always says it has availability when lizzio called she asked me a few questions. And I answered all of them throughly. I proceeded to tell her I have a service dog. With papers and the official documentation. She began to tell me there are no animals only cats allowed. Ask what breed I have. I told her & she tried to tell me what can a 3lb dog do for me? And that is none of her business that’s a part of HIPPA! She was really rude with asking me questions to the point I feel she was discriminating me and made me so upset that I began to have an episode. After the phone call I had to take my medication to calm me down. And this taken place when I was 8 months pregnant looking to get into a bigger apartment. Wouldn’t recommend this place heard more than one issues with complaints about lizzio and her behavior"
