"Living here is comfortable. The complex is clean and quiet. The fitness room has reliable, high-performance machines. The Staff and Maintenence are attentive to the residents' needs and concerns."
"Great place to live, diverse neighbors, very tentative leasing and maintenance staff, problem with your home is getting taken care of immediately. Dog friendly living, and cats are allowed too. Kitchen don't have much space to store your dry food and cook ware, but by putting storage cabinet in the kitchen it solves the problem. I love living here, but the raising rent makes me needing to leave, will miss the place."
"Management is very responsive to unit and resident's needs. The property is quiet and safe. New gym is very nice. I am, however, disappointed with what is a discrepancy between rent and unit comfort - fixtures, flooring, bathrooms are outdated and dreary."
"Dreshertowne is a wonderful place to live! The other residents are friendly and it is so quiet and peaceful! There is plenty of space outside for our toddler to explore and it is so close to amazing parks in every direction. The food store/CVS/Wawa are all so close too! Maintenance is so attentive and kind. Looking forward to checking out the pool this summer."
"Dreshertowne is a very nice place. Management and maintenance are very professional and promptly address issues that may come up during the lease term. For example we had some ceiling water stains that developed over time. Management quickly had the roof inspected as well as repainted the ceiling area. No further problems. Our dishwasher was replaced the same day that we reported that it was not working properly. The grounds are well-maintained and the clubhouse and pool area are very clean. It is our experience other tenants are friendly and very respectful to everyone."
