"Would give no stars if possible. Doctors and nurses do not communicate and in return the patient is left in the dark. Waiting room is small and tight. Parking is horrible. Smells and is dirty. Incompetent staffing all around the board and just flat out rude. They don’t flush IV’s and blood started pouring out all over clothes and floor and was given ONE tissue. The system or lack of that they have is complete trash. No answers, help or anything. Nurses make weird comments and roll their eyes at injured and disabled patients. I wouldn’t let them test my gold fish. First and LAST time."

"If you’re having your first baby here.. don’t! I was so glad when I left this hospital after having been there for a week. Staff doesn’t communicate with you or each other. A million people will come into your room and give you advice that is different from the last staff members. Your head will be spinning on top of just giving birth and caring for a newborn. Also encountered a really awful nurse who thought she was cool training another nurse and commenting on my “cankles”… just what every vulnerable and highly sensitive postpartum mother wants to hear! Gross behavior. I’ll avoid coming here again if I can for the next baby"

"Beyond 5 star for the amazing experience, wonderful and professional staff, comfy rooms with all the necessary supplies, amazing food and adorable atmosphere!!! Shoutout to these incredible people: Elizabeth and Emily from Labour and delivery room, Natalia, Chelsey and Ornela from postpartum room and to my Doctors - you are all HEROES! Especially thanks goes to the room service ladies and the chief, thank you for the delicious food! Thank you for your 24h support, laughter, care and hugs!"

"Had surgery on Nov 14. The care I was given was unbelievable. From the recovery room to the rehab floor I was treated like a VIP. From the custodian, nurses taking blood/vitals, my PT staff, those that brought me my food (better good) to my nurses and doctors. They made my recovery so much easier. Thank you. Thanks Dr James McKenzi would recommend him to anyone. Wonderful doctor. Thank you to my nursing staff Alena, Jill ,Christy, Shaun, Greg. They treated me like I was a princess. Thank you again"

"One of the best hospitals in Pennsylvania! The unique doctors of this hospital brought my beloved wife back to life. It was a lot of complicated operations between life and death. But 5 years ago a wizard named Dr. Steven Fassle worked a miracle and gave us life! The hospital is filled with kindness and mercy! Here are the kindest nurses in the world! Very good food. The food here is always fresh, tasty and healthy! Thank you, Holy Redeemer!"
