"Terrible experience with this company. One of the caregivers Alex was cursing at my mother 'her physical therapist was on his way in to my mothers home heard her as well'. as to which I reported her.."
"Thus is a tough review to write. Our hospice nurses as a whole were spectacular. There were two I had issue with because I felt they over-promoted the heavy use of meds. I never felt we got accurate answers to our questions. No doctor EVER communicated with us directly. Administratively, the place is lacking.a system that provides responses at a pace required by fatal illness. When caring for a loved one who is dying, that professional support system is vital. They tell you the office number is our new 911 yet the calls aren’t treated as emergent. Also, and I get there’s criteria that needs to be met for insurance, but they were too slow in “downgrading” my aunt’s condition to “actively dying” leaving us on our own for longer than we should’ve had to handle. Traditional HH needs to make changes to accommodate the needs of the deeply personal and tragic experience that is hospice."
"Don’t know about their services, but their company car #9 was tail gating me in a school zone and for a mile afterwards through a residential area. We all have places to be and you might be running late, but don’t endanger me and my children and pedestrians because you have poor time management skills."
"Thank You Mike Kurpis. Mike was my husbands physical therapist after his triple bypass heart surgery. My husband looked forward to his visit and enjoyed working with him. Mike is well educated and was very reassuring to all my husbands questions and needs. Mike lifted his spirits every visit which I feel is why he had a speedy recovery time . Thanks again!"
"I had wonderful care with the nurses that came after my knee replacement surgery . Bob is fantastic ! He was my Physical Therapy At home. I couldn’t ask for Better care than he gave me. I went to out patient therapy today and my new PT was impressed with the home PT I received. She gave Bob high remarks. Thank you Tradional for employing caring and professional staff ."
