She answered all of my questions professionally and with a great upbeat personality. It made getting through the test a very comfortable experience. I hope the "administration" reads these reviews because she should be commended and praised on her professionalism, and her caring attitude. You can tell she really loves her job there. “12/17/2023 11am. My visit was due to a severely dislocated and fractured wrist. As I walked into the ER the desk associate immediately started the process with the help of my wife, within minutes I was hooked up to a monitor and escorted to a er room and introduced to a nurse named mici who immediately attended to the pain of a 10, shortly after Doctor Russell James inspected the damage and confidently explained the procedure necessary while I was treated for pain which was under control in no time, the next team of associates was the xray techs who were obviously experienced and got the pictures quickly for the doctor. Again mici went above and beyond to help me. Within minutes the doctor returned and explained the procedure precisely and professionally giving my wife and I a opportunity to ask questions. As quickly as possible mici and Doctor completed the procedure and followed up with more xrays showing the procedure was successful, A follow up by Scott Kotician again reinforced excellent care to the patients.The entire staff exceeded our expectations showing top notch professional care with compassion equally helping my wife during this difficult period. We are sincerely greatfull to this Staff of caring individuals, Laurie & John Moran”

“ONE FANTASTIC Physical Therapy, Testing and Balance Center !!! EACH and EVERY single person, on their Staff, is FRIENDLY, WELL TRAINED, COURTEOUS, and VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! The prior statement Includes EVERYONE; including the Owners, the Therapists, the Therapy Assistants, the Gym Manager, as well as each, and every member of the Supporting Staff. It's TRULY a PLEASURE to go there for ALL your physical therapy, exercise, balance, testing and / or gym needs. Their professional, well developed strategies and testing, are helping me tremendously, in ALL areas !!! Having been in a motorcycle accident, and having required several surgeries, including orthopedic, and cervical / lumbar spine fusions and repairs, I've needed to attend physical therapy, on several occasions. I was recently referred to FYZICAL by a friend and prior, repeat patient; and they were 100% correct !!! Actually they have an upcoming surgery, and definitely plan to return to FYZICAL again, very soon. Moving Forward, I truly wouldn't even consider going anywhere else !!!
