"I'VE BEEN WITH DON MORROW DOING MY RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY FOR OVER 20YEARS AT NATIONWIDE,.HE'S A GREAT PERSON AND MAKES SURE MY POLICYS NEVER LAPSED ONCE. HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY AND makes sure MY policy is paid when I'm low on money and would take it out of his own pocket and pay it so it isn't late in defaults and then get the back off of me later oh that's a guy that cares"

"I'm not very happy with Morrow because I called the office several times, left voice mail and eventually got to speak with Don, however he never got back to me in response to my requests. I've been with Nationwide a long time and insure my home, autos, motorcycle, quad and trailer with them but I believe that's about to end because customer service has not been achieved."

"I had to cancel Auto insurance because Nationwide increased my rates by 25% (they said "regular" rate adjustment), I asked Mr. Donald Morrow if this would affect my Homeowner's policy. He said "I don't think so", but 6 months later I discover I'm being charged $186 on the Homeowner's because I canceled the Auto policy. I called Mr. Morrow again, and he says "Ohh well, that's Nationwide prices, I don't have anything to do with that". I call Nationwide and they said: "We're very sorry that your agent misinformed you, but we can't do anything to help you". I just hope this review helps someone else not to make the same mistake I did. If you're in the insurance business and that's what you do for a living, you should know the ins and outs of what affects policies and how much, if not, why have "agents" then..."
