"There’s consistently bad reviews for this entity which means there’s truth behind what the people are saying. If you expect your new fence to withstand a thunderstorm and not blow over after less than a year after installation, I strongly encourage you to choose another company. And no-a vinyl fence costing almost $11k, cemented in the ground should be able to withstand a simple thunderstorm, especially after less than one year after installment. Nothing external hit or damaged the fence. It simply blew over. The response to my fence blowing over in a storm speaks volumes about this company, their integrity (or lack there of), how they treat their customers, and how they handle their business. I had to call multiple times and speak to multiple representatives in order to have the blown over fence looked at (took about a month from when we started calling). Then of course after viewing our fence, county line was “not responsible” for fixing our fence. It was an “act of God” aka a thunderstorm. So, we ended up using another fence company to fix the fence that had blown over after less than a year of installment. And the fence company that fixed my fence for a far more reasonable price than County Line Fence proposed, that company confirmed our fence was poorly installed and is at risk of blowing over due to the poor and sloppy installation. Reply to update: It was not a tropical storm and a tornado came no where near my neighborhood let alone my property. Interestingly enough, ALL of my neighbors fences withstood the storm. Can confirm that all of my neighbors fences were far older than one year old (which my fence had not even made it to one year old before this happened)"

"Absolutely the worst co. To deal with. Give your money $$ to someone else Got a fence installed back in June 2021 after waiting for 8 weeks when salesman said 3 weeks. First week after install hardware on gates came off. They came out promptly after a week because I still had a balance. When they are owed they respond. April 28th 2022 after almost a year closing my gates and door just comes off hinges they are self closing hin for a reason they door shouldn’t just snap as you can mmsee in photos below. Called the office spoke to Diane who handles service calls said would call back with scheduling. Waited 3 days no call. I call back spoke to receptionist telling her my situation and she stated that it is under warranty and would have Diane call me. Called on Monday may 2nd spoke to receptionist again she told me she would leave a note Diane to call me first thing next day. Next day comes still no call. Call again spoke to Susan office manager she staged that Diane would call me and schedule a date for repair. Wednesday may 4th I call again and finally talk to Diane. She stated that I was in the air for repair and it should be 2-3 weeks ok no problem. Now it is may 25th spoke to Diane She stated that I need to send pictures of gates and that they would make decision if it’s under warranty. Now would that be the first thing she would ask for on initial call not a month later when the whole time she is telling me I’m on schedule on both Diane and receptionist tell the gate is under warranty. Get an email next day maybe it’s easiest for them to communicate threw email cause I still have not received a call from this unprofessional co. they stated that bye the picture that it is not covered by warranty and if I wanted to get a fixed I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Service is the worst I ever dealt with no return call no communication. They very good at selling and that is it. Once they have your money your done they don’t stand behind there installation and give you a runaround the whole time. Going to get another co to install fence and send them the bill we will what happens. We work for a living and give your hard working money to people that appreciate it."

"Called about fence problems over a month ago. Can’t open gate do to sagging post. Started this process mid May. First call was met with a rude answer that I was on the list and they know. Waited 2 wks and sent an email to the email line on the website to ask for an update. Received an email response that they know about the problem. It is now June 13th. No response back and no updates. Customer service is poor at best. I have a gate to my yard that my wife can not open because the only way to open is to push and lift the gate because it’s jammed up. This is only one of the problems but the biggest concern. I am willing to wait but being in customer service myself I think a phone call or a message with an update is warranted. Unsatisfied customer who paid my $12,000 for the install and expects customer service. My original complaint was written on June 14th. Today is June 18th. No response no followup no communication. I will try one more time then go to the BBB to file a complaint then from there if no satisfaction I will file a complaint in small claims court. I hope I don’t have to go that far but I am more than will to do so. All I want is my $12,000 fence installed 3 months ago fixed. It is now June 29th. I have heard nothing from county line fencing about the repairs I noted and posted. Is anyone else interested in going to the store with signs and stand out front to warn potential buyers to beware.
