"Everything’s locked up so you need help to get anything. When you ask for help it takes DAYS (timed it I waited here once for 35 minutes for someone to unlock a cabinet for me) when they do show up they act like you’ve ruined their day. I’m going to Lowe’s from now on they actually ask you if you need help! Might even sell my Milwaukee stuff just so I can buy accessories from Lowe’s."

"Paid for a door measurement service that was sold to me as a quick turnaround with someone contacting me in 72hrs maximum, and I had to call 3 separate times and email Home Depot to let them know I hadn’t been contacted. The soonest appointment they had was nearly a month from the date I paid for the service. Altogether I spent 2 - 3 hours dealing with this and ultimately cancelled my appointment. Get it together!!! And don’t offer services you can’t provide!"

"This was my go-to big box hardware store until today. Their new self-checkout flashes bright lights in your face the entire time you’re checking out because “don’t you ever forget you’re being watched because we don’t want you to steal”. It’s also not self-checkout, you have to wait for someone to come scan your things — again, “because theft”. This whole process was such a pain, I really hope Lowe’s doesn’t pull this nonsense so I can switch to them."

"Never buy an appliance from this store. It took them 3 tries to figure out how to get us our washer and dryer and then the person they sent out said it couldn’t be leveled ( we ended up doing that ourselves) and then asking us for duct tape even though we paid for installation and you shouldn’t use duct tape. At the end we just opted to return it, and wait another week and bought a washer dryer at another store. That’s how terrible of an experience it was. I’m not kidding when I say it would be better to just pick up appliances off the side of the road."

"compared to other locations, this location really seems to take great care of the plants in the garden area. Plants were well watered and arranged together with similar plants which provided an attractive array of colorful flowers, shrubs, vegetables, trees and more. I also had a very positive interaction with the workers and management as I was there to pick up a shed that didn't end up fitting in my car. They spent time trying to make adjustments to my order to get it delivered instead. We ended up having to cancel and reorder online later but each individual did their best to help even as the store was closing. Thanks to all!"
