Mint House at The Divine Lorraine Hotel – Philadelphia

"Pretty good overall, the different rooms have very different feelings to them. I was in 3. One bartender in the main room was rude, the other rooms and other bartenders were okay. The bar didn't have or couldn't make some basic drinks but the alternatives tasted good. Food was pretty decent, would go back as long as I wasn't forced to have that one bartender. Nearby lot had free parking. People in the nearby area made me uncomfortable as a female walking alone so I left with friends."

"I stayed here for one night before a show at the Met. The apartments, even the most basic one, are huge! Very clean, no issues with checkin (even got to check out early) and felt secure as well (need key to get in building and in elevator). The price also could not be beat. Parking isn't ideal but I was able to find a spot right next to the building on a side street. Otherwise they partner with a garage a short walk down Broad. Highly recommend overall!"

"This is a very nice hotel. The background check for booking surprised me a bit, but it was not an inconvenience at all. Check in and check out were super easy. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Everything was comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"There is excellent service, and then there is the level the staff here attain. We didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary; they simply take genuine delight in being welcoming. Jose made me feel like my travel-exhaustion-induced inability to think clearly was completely understandable, and he very gracefully made sure that our check-in went as smoothly as possible. The hotel and apartment-style rooms are beautiful; they’re carefully designed, lovingly maintained, and well-stocked. The location can occasionally be loud, due to intermittent traffic noise, but earplugs and eye masks wait beside the bed (we didn’t need them). We’ll be back!"

"Very nice. We reserved a 2 bedrooms apartment with a city view. It has a balcony but I didn't feel comfortable going to the balcony. View outside the window is very nice. Two bedrooms come with two bathrooms. Nice furniture and decor. Used laundry machine which is very helpful. You can check in and check out using the app and the app also gives you a virtual key. When I visited there was enough parking in the street. Which is great since it saved me some money. Some suggestions: 1. There is no shade in the window. We will prefer to have it. Sunlight reflects on TV and you can not see the TV clearly during daytime 2. In one bathroom, the shower was not working properly. But it is not a big deal for us, since there is another one. 3. No room clean service. But you can request towels and other items. 4. I asked for help using the laundry machine around 10 pm. But I was told nobody was here to help me. That was a little surprise to me. A hotel should have 24 hours support services. 5. I wish they have buffet breakfast. This is one thing I like about a hotel."
