Dr. Ditte Karlovits
Dr. Ditte Karlovits is a pediatrician located at 850 Clairton Boulevard in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Originally from Denmark, Dr. Karlovits is fluent in Danish but has lost her accent after studying in the United States. She completed her medical education at Northwestern University, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Georgetown University, where she received the "Resident of the Year" award during her Pediatric Residency. Dr. Karlovits is board certified in Pediatrics and is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She worked as a pediatrician in the North Hills before moving to San Diego with her husband, who was serving in the U.S. Navy. They returned to Pittsburgh in 2012 and now live in the neighborhood where her husband grew up.
