"Returned to the store to pick up a bracelet that I needed sized. When I walk in, I’m rudely greeted by an Asian lady who I believe is the manager. After I tell her I’m here to pick up a bracelet that was serviced, the first thing she says is “yeah on Saturdays it’s hard for us to take customers who don’t have an appointment because the store is always so busy” meanwhile there was not ONE other customer in the store, with 5 other sales associated just sitting down on their phones. I don’t understand the point of saying that to a customer who’s has already made their purchase, are you going to turn me away and not allow me to pick up my bracelet? There was no point to her comment. I would recommend the sales associate named Joseph if you go to this store."
"After spending $6100 I’m not happy with the level of customer service I got from Joseph at this location. His attitude was not very representative of what I know this brand to be. The piece, however, is beautiful! After months of deciding between adding a new cartier or my first van Cleef, I’m very happy with my purchase! I won’t purchase from this location again but this will for sure not be my last Van Cleef piece of jewelry"
