"Finally made it back here after 7 years. It was pretty good the first time. It was outstanding the second time. The steak sandwich was worth every penny. I even liked the steak cut fries which is a style of fry I don't ever like. Other's meals looked incredible too. I'll need to go back at least a few more times soon. The only negative was how busy, loud, and crowded it was, but that's what success brings."

"I don’t write bad reviews but i have to do this time. It was 2days ago, we ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer to start, then ordered a main courses each. After finish our mains, we ordered another glass wines and had the rest of our appetizers but waiter took our appetizer plates without asking. So we stopped him and told hime that we were still working on it, then he put the plates down on the table and left without saying sorry. A few minutes later, he came back with the bills and tried to take our plate again without asking. When he already got our plate on his hand, he asked if we finished or not. So we said no, then he left our plates irritably. This was the first time I've ever been treated like that in a restaurant. Even while I writing this now, I can't believe what i’ve experienced. Did we stayed too long? No. And he never refiled our water. I just wanna thank to the rude waiter for making our evening so memorable. It could just one of normal day for you but it was a very special day for us but you ruined it."

"Had a great dinner last night. Very busy, even with a reservation, our table of four had to wait about 10 extra minutes – but it was “veterans night” and it was busy and we understood. Service was outstanding by Lauren who was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the BOGO offer for all veterans. The four of us all ordered steaks of some sort, including one who ordered prime rib. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered; the beef in particular was exceptionally well prepared. The only downside (and it was tiny) was that the two lobster tails ordered as enhancements were a bit overcooked, which, I can attribute to the very busy kitchen working hard to satisfy the many customers. We didn’t mind. Overall, a very nice evening of dining at Firebirds."

"Made reservations. Reservations were honored. Was extremely crowded on Saturday night following a homecoming rush. Waitress was extremely attentive. Husbands steak was cooked right, mine was a little over cooked. Not terrible but a little well done for the medium well I asked for. Could have been the cut I got. Reminded us of Texas Roadhouse. Was as expected. Served it’s purpose. Plenty of parking."

"Very nice restaurant with comfortable setting. The friendly staff greeted us and sat us immediately since we had a reservation. Our server came right over and took our drink order. We took a few minutes to chat with our friends and again our server was stopping back to take our order when ever we were ready, never rushing us along. The food was Very good as we had heard of their Aged Steaks. Delighted and we will be back."
