Paula is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a diverse medical background. A graduate with honors from Chamberlain University, she has extensive experience in primary care and gastroenterology. Before becoming an Advanced Practice Provider, Paula was an expert level Trauma ICU registered nurse for 11 years. Her passion for women's health and dedication to providing exceptional care make her a valuable member of the Adagio Health team.

Sarah Henry-Walker, MSN, CRNP, WHBC

Sarah has been a part of Adagio Health since 2019 and has over 17 years of experience as a women's health nurse practitioner in the Erie area. Her primary focus is on obstetric and gynecologic needs. Sarah's background includes working as a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit, medical oncology, and long-term acute care. She is committed to offering personalized care to her patients, ensuring their happiness and health.

Susan Scriven, CRNP

With a rich history as a Certified Nurse Midwife, Susan has delivered over 3,700 babies. She has been with Adagio Health since 2007, working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Although semi-retired since 2020, Susan continues to contribute her expertise as needed across several Adagio offices, including Erie. She enjoys a fulfilling life in Westfield, NY, and is actively involved in her local community.
