"I have in the PAST had good results from excellent surgeons. It seems that there is now a "brain drain" in this group since it switched to the new hospital system. I have been seen, 3x since the beginning of this year by 2 DO's and gotten nowhere as far as legitimate treatment. Been down one time. Been down two times. Never going back again."
"Be careful about medical equipment you purchase here. The charges listed on our bill were over $1200 for a brace you can buy new for $120 online. We were not told the price of the brace in the office on the day of the visit. After insurance adjustments, we still owe over $500 for the brace and after several calls to the office, they are standing by the charge. So we will pay the overcharge to avoid the matter being sent to a collections agency."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Hofbauer told me I needed an MRI stat and sent me the same day. Had to make an appointment to get the results (wouldn’t discuss them over the phone) my appointment was at 2pm and at 3:15pm I left after getting told I was next for over 45 minutes. Made an appointment with a new doctor who has time for patients. Oh and the kicker was I got told that a “she” was reviewing my results after sitting there for almost an hour, when the Dr. I was seeing was a guy, so my results weren’t even looked at prior to my appointment and my actual Dr. wasn’t even looking at them. They are a waste of time."
"Horrible experience. Left with more questions than before. Provided no help at all and later received undiscussed bills. Physician did not even do a physical examination. Would not recommend."
