The Human Resources Center, Inc. is a nonprofit agency located at 294 Bethel School Road in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Established in 1973, our organization is dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities in Wayne, Pike, Carbon, Monroe, Lackawanna, and Susquehanna counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our founders believed in a more inclusive future for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, leading to the creation of HRC.
