Our mission is to provide healthy, great-tasting meals that are affordable and made with love. We never use gluten, sugar, soy, corn, artificial flavors or sweeteners, preservatives, canola or vegetable oils. Our meals are cooked in stainless steel and cast iron pans using healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, butter, and coconut oil. Each week, we prepare fresh meals made to order and deliver them in individually packaged, microwave-safe, and BPA-free containers. Our portions include at least 5.5 to 6 ounces of protein and healthy vegetables low in carbs. You can order meals without any commitments or subscriptions by Monday at 10 pm for delivery on Saturday. Our bi-weekly menu is updated every other Tuesday at 3 pm. You can also pick up your meals on Saturdays between 10 am and 1 pm at our location.
