"My aunt was here for quite some time and she was treated very well. The nurses were kind and attentive. The administator Kevin Kolarosky goes beyond the call of duty to make sure needs are met. He makes everyone feel important and comfortable. It saddens me to read the other negative post. I dont care what care facility you go to there will be issues. Thats the buisness ladies. We also live in times where alot of folks flat out dont want to work so staffing issues is the pandemic of todays workforce. I know for a fact the the administrator here CARES about the residents and staff!! It is obvious he puts his very soul into his job which he takes very seriously. So ya another facility may appear more attractive but when it comes down to it Id rather be in a less attractive facility and know that im cared about and that every effort is being made to make sure my needs are met than to have nice art work to look at while im sitting in a dirty diaper for hours with food on my face!"
"Don't work here! Trust me. I worked here for almost 4 months and they ripped me off on my paycheck 3 times! Also, the CNA's work 16 hour shifts regularly! I don't see how that's good for the patients or the staff and because of that you have staff coming in to care for these helpless patients all worn out and snappig at every little thing. There are some wonderful nurses that work there but others not so much. I witnessed many nurses yelling at patients, complaining about them and talking about them behind their backs just because they asked for a cup of water with ice in it! The other reviewer is right about the building falling apart too. I also had to search for my equipment on a daily basis just to do my job and even the equipment I did use was run down and needed replaced badly. Just think twice about working here or placing a loved one in this place!"
"I give this facility no stars even though I had to put at least one. They have done some redecorating on the main floor and some other areas to give it a nice window dressing but the building itself is falling apart. The majority of the toilets don't flush correctly the patients rooms are dirty, disorganized and cluttered. Some of the staff are wonderful but there was a nurse on the locked unit who treated the other employees terribly and consistently, I believe her name is Lori Bogden. I even read in the paper that a patient escaped and jumped from a roof to the ground! If you have to place a loved one somewhere please consider any other facility."
