"I had a very hard problem to solve and even though Char is not my agent( Out of the office on a claim) the problem was solved. This proves to me that State Farm is a company that is truly committed to their clients, not just paper shufflers. Char went out of her way and saw the problem through to a satisfactory conclusion, even though she had a whole desk full.of work to do. This company is a big family, and their different.offices work as one when problems arise. They, thankfully included me to me in that family today. I had my car in the shop. I had patiently waited two long weeks for my mechanic to fit me in for a huge pile of work on my car. Starter, brakes and rotors all around, valve cover gasket, and electrical work took almost two days. At the end, I needed an inspection sticker. For that I had to have my valid registration card and my insurance card. They weren't where they were supposed to be, in the glove box. I called my insurance company. But but not my regular office, another one a few miles away. They connected me with their records department, and gave me their fax number. They also, through Char, faxed a copy of my current insurance coverage card. They also said they would send copies of the insurance card to me, also, because I didn't have a copy handy, or readily available. All this saved me countless hours of work and travel to get that problem solved, and they helped immeasurably. Previously, I was considering moving my coverage to another company, as I thought their rates were too high for me, living on less than $10,000.00 a year, and how little I drive( 6-7 miles a week). Now, I have reassessed my thinking, I am now a die hard State Farm ambassador because of the fantastic service they provided me."
