"Very bad place they refused too fill out my sons paper for MAWD because they said high blood pressure is not life threatening so that will cause him to lose his health insurance due to the wonderful PNA Kim is very rude as is everyone there. Every time he goes she calls him fat to his face. Granted he is overweight and then tells him you have 5 years to live cause you're overweight. Please people stay away from this place . You can't see the doctor whoever it is they said doctor is only there fir administration reasons."

"If I could give a negative star review I would... the manager Kristen is the most unprofessional negligent medical professional I’ve personally ever dealt with in my life!! I called to voice my concern in regards to the reduction of a medication thar is very dangerous to reduce to rapidly, the NUMBER one worry in potential side effects of the reduction is suicidal thoughts!!!! After speaking to Kristen and her lack of empathy and or care for the problems I was and currently experiencing is troubling!!! I still to this minute have zero relief of my symptoms and not to mention was hung up on twice and yelled at and treated so poorly that it’s literally disgusting.... All phone were recorded as they were made on my business telephone , so I’m currently waiting for the Human Resources to call me back , my attorney has the recordings and the outcome of this is solely based of the stance and position that AHN takes on this .... this lady Kristen picked the wrong guy to take out her unprofessional frustrations on!! If you are someone who seeks professionalism and punctual empathetic and caring care then avoid this place at all costs!! I will post updates as they come... when you “work” in the medical profession it is part of the job duties to answer questions and concerns regarding a paying customers concerns and worries Especially regarding such a dangerous medication!! If you aren’t equipped to do such a simple task with integrity, patience, dignity and poise then you have no business answering medical questions!! Beware....... *********UPDATE******* after spending doing hours making phone calls and literally probably called 13-15 numbers to attempt to filE a complaint.... I finally got a call back from dr salvia .. I expected him to offer some sort of guidance and or advice to me in my situation considering I am a patient there and I called because I was having problems with a medication they prescribed... nope!!!! He called to inform me thst they will no longer be seeing me anymore as a patient!!! I am completely outraged and feel let down and abandoned by this medical practice!! They are the ones who put me on this poison but when I call with questions about it I’m let go smh.... it’s a disgrace and I will see to it that everyone of these people are held accountable ...... I feel really bad for someone who has to go through who may not be as mentally strong as I am because most people would be really really in a bad way right now if they were going through what I’m going through with this practice.... smh these are the people that I’m supposed to put the trust of my health and well being into?????? My god ! No way ! I feel very abandoned and let down by this entire experience with them"
