"I injured my hand during a fall and was able to get in with Dr Pacek the same day that I called. After a couple x rays Dr Pacek knew exactly what the problem was and scheduled me for surgery before I left the office. I get my surgery in two days (only four days after I fell). I am so relieved that I was able to get help from this doctor because it seemed like he was very knowledgeable about my injury, treated me with dignity and respect, and most of all cared about my well-being."

"Dr. Pacek is amazing! Period. I have severe carpal tunnel in my right hand, to the point where I was waking up 2-3 times a night(every night) due to pain and swelling. A few days ago, I went to the Butler hospital and underwent endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery. Needless to say, I have no more pain and sleep all night long! This is why I sat Dr. Pacek is amazing! The staff that took care of me at the hospital were 100% top tier. They treated me with the utmost respect and I'm grateful to God for putting these beautiful people in my life at this appointed time. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible."

"I began to have occasional wrist pain with no apparent cause. The pain progressed to the point where I had limited use of my hand. De Quervain's syndrome was diagnosed on the first appointment. We tried cortisone shots twice as the simple solution, but pain relief was only temporary. Surgery was the answer. I literally woke up in the recovery room with no pain, and have been pain-free for months. Years. The staff at the Slippery Rock office was great- courteous, prompt, thorough. Dr. Pacek was super- he gave me the options and let me choose what to do. Service at Butler Hospital was great. Everyone involved has my highest possible recommendation. 5 stars all around. As an update, here I am in 2021 with no trouble at all. No pain and full use of my hand years later."

"He only gets one star because i am forced to give him one. Like a participation trophy for showing up. My boyfriend was sent here by his pcp. This doctor told him he had intersection syndrome. Gave him a shot in the wrist and a brace and told him 98 percent of all cases heal within a week and if it wasn't feeling better in a week to call him back to explore other options. A week went by and he was in more pain then before he saw the doctor even with rest and the brace and the shot. He called back and a snotty nurse told him that she didn't know what he expected them to do and that it could take up to a month to heal so wear the brace and call them in a month. I urged him to get a second opinion and turns out he actually has connective tissue damage that needs reasonably urgent surgery. The other doctor said no way would it have gotten better without surgery and said it would have only gotten worse from the limited function he has to none at all. We should have read reviews before he went there to start with as this doctor and practice isn't too highly rated and now we know why. This injury and dragging it out and being forced to get a second opinion nearly cost him his job playing games because what he does for a living requires fine use of his hands, wrists, and arms. Do not go here! If you already made the mistake find somewhere else! Get another opinion."

"Dr. Pacek wouldn’t fix my torn ligament in my right hand and wrist. I went to him and he said that my tear was unimportant and insignificant to him back 7/31/19. He wanted me to go to a pain specialist and he wouldn’t take my pain seriously. He argued with me about my right hand and wrist."
