"I just got a call less than a day late technically, because it was Christmas on my due date. It was 9:07am on the 26th of December. They could exercise a little discretion on the time of day or even the fact that my due date was Christmas. "Well, when you choose your due date", give me a break. They allow a 10 day grace period and they're getting crazy about technically a few hours during the holidays.Way over the top to me. I've never defaulted with them and have a stellar payment history on the credit bureaus so why would they be so aggressive in collection of the first payment of a new loan?"

"The application process was fairly straight forward and easy. Speaking to the representative after filling out the application online was also easy. I went to the office and the process was quick. I was happy to know that I could set up my payment date, which helps when doing my budget."

"After all is said and done, I'm going to be paying 15k in interest. Make sure you understand that when signing. Very shady place. Called, was put on hold, needed an extension on my loan, and they still processed it.. twice.. leaving me without the funds I needed this weekend because now I have to wait for my real bank to dispute this charge. One main should so something for their error with regards to compensation since this was THEIR error. Spoke to the "branch manager", he told me the staff is new and didn't know any better pretty much since they gave incorrect information. So now I have to pay the consequences of their mess up? Bottom line.. avoided this place, read your contract. Don't put up collateral or anything, just keep walking past here unless you want to be ridiculous amounts of interest and have people not care about your money and remove it from your account as they see fit."
