"Awful! Did the drop off expecting I would receive some sort of communication when it was done but didn't, lucky I eventually called myself. Was told a price on the phone which was nothing close to what was actually due. Agent was very lost in the whole process. Came from HR block as I moved and tried this location, very disappointing. Over $400 for fees!!! Wow!! 50% coupon didn't help at all."

"I did drop and go option. They had a question about one of my forms, but never contacted me about it. Then, I call 2 weeks later to check status and they couldn't even find my paperwork! I went in to complete the taxes and the tax preparer had no clue what she was doing, I ended up owing a lot more money this year than I usually do, so I'm thinking about getting a second look! I usually use H &R block, I should have stuck with them!"
"I went to my local Jackson Hewitt store to file with my last paystub, and everything thing went well with my advanced loan customer service was great. On the other hand I filed with my W2 on a drop off, but with another worker this time, I don't think he knew what he was doing and asked me odd questions that had nothing to do with my tax information. I haven't received my second advance, I have called, I have shown up to the store and I haven't had any answers. I myself will take my services elsewhere or learn to do my own taxes."
"I had an awful experience with this location. My appointment was scheduled by Jackson Hewitts customer service team for 12:00PM on Monday. My wife and I took time off work and traveled an hour to the office. When we arrived the office was closed even though their website and sign said they should be open. I tried calling the office directly and no one answered. My next step was to call customer service. I was faced with over a 20 minute wait to speak with anyone. Feeling defeated, I started a virtual chat with Jackson Hewitt as a last ditch effort to make progress. The representative was apologetic but offered no explanation. I highly recommend NOT using this location since they cannot even be trusted to show up to work. As my thanks to wasting my time and money please enjoy this negative yet fitting review."
