"Excellent customer service. This is a small, simple, independent pharmacy tucked into a nice little strip mall. Parking is good. They go the extra mile to get your prescription medications refilled for you. Be patient and willing to wait."

"I just moved to the area and needed to get a RX refilled, I first tried all the big chains thinking they wouldn’t have an issue filling it quickly, but I was wrong. I called New Hope pharmacy and they were the only place that had that script in stock. They filled the RX quickly, I received a call when it was ready, as well as a text. And they even informed me that the cash price was cheaper than with my insurance (the first time any pharmacy mentioned that). Polite, efficient, and professional. I’ll be transferring all my scripts here."

"I picked up a prescription that is in limited supply Thursday, December 29th, 2022, around 6:15PM and had a very pleasurable experience speaking with Rena (forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly). I would like Rena to be recognized for her excellent service, professionalism, and genuine care for what has been a very difficult several months for me personally. Regardless of my personal situation, Rena was terrific as she called me before filling the script to make sure I was comfortable with the price which I felt was more than fair. I should also mention the male pharmacist who I spoke to earlier in the day and provided my number was excellent as well but I didn't catch his name. He was aware of the script that had been sent in electronically by my doctor's office shortly before I called and virtually immediately knew who I was and what I was calling in reference to. I rarely write reviews but in this case I needed to make an exception as I would highly recommend New Hope Pharmacy over the larger franchise pharmacies "preferred" by insurance companies. I hope to get the same script refilled by New Hope Pharmacy in a month regardless of what I learned last evening especially because of the unnecessary aggravation I've experienced with the larger franchise pharmacies."

Nitin greets me by name every time I walk in, and he asks about my kids (also by name). We aren’t there that often, so I have no idea how he remembers us!
