"If there were 10 stars I would give them. You can never find good service anymore at fast food places, but man Jillian gave the best service I’ve had in a very long time. It was very refreshing walking in and being met with a smile for once. Me and my husband ordered our food and it came out very fast, and it was delicious, and she even asked us how everything was and asked if we needed anything else afterwards! The store was kept very clean, food was amazing, and the service was even better. Thank you Jillian for one of the best food experiences me and my husband have ever had!"
"Food was great as it is at any five guys but the service was awful. I was completely ignored for the first 5 minutes. Also ordering online was difficult cause I was trying to use gift cards and the system couldn’t seem to grasp that and delivery not available even though I live 5 minutes away. Prices need to be modified—way too expensive. Won’t go back to this location"
"Food is average. Wait time was okay considering how busy they were. The price however for a hot dog, burger and fries is outrageous. Why is the price so high? I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and paid less for more."
"Burgers are great. Service is very slow and the fries are so salty you almost can't eat them. You toss most of them in the trash. Why so much salt??? And the prices are really high for a hamburger joint."
"Very clean store the I ordered a bacon cheese burger with mushrooms, onions and it was delicious cooked perfectly. The fries were cooked perfectly soft and fluffy just a little too much salt. The manager was nice enough to remake the fries and just added a little salt that turned out perfectly. Expect to pay sit down restaurant prices at fast service and better flavor."
