Mariner Finance

"I have been dealing with Mariner finance for some time now. Recently I applied for another loan and was directed to call my branch (Springfield Office). I called their office more than 4 times and left messages and did not receive a call back. I am not sure what is going on with that office however not to return calls is very unprofessional. I decided to call the Norristown office and was pleasently greeted by Ray who was able to process my application within few days. I will not go back to the Springfield office and really feel management should look into why calls are not returned to loyal customers. I would like to express my thanks to Ray in Norristown for his processing my application efficiently and professionally."
