She walked me through the steps of each procedure before she began, and frequently asked me if I was still comfortable during my cleaning. "My family has been seeing Dr. Kieffer for over 15 years. We love him and the previous staff, the family type staff. I am not sure what happened but Family Dentistry, is far from family-like. The only thing I have heard coming from them is how much we owe and and it is overdue. The best was, they did an audit of my bill....The previous (family -type) staff would go above and beyond for my family. My hygienists, Jody, knew my condition and was always the BEST with her side manners. Dr. Kieffer is also great with his patients, he knows us and knows about us. So sad this company came in and taking money for nothing. I need dental work, and I don't want to deal with those women..bring the real family back DOC! They actually cared and knew our names not our wallets and credit card numbers. I would do 1 star, but DOC you deserve more credit."
