"My first experience there was good, but then, a year later, I find out that they no longer cover my insurance. On top of that the info listed on Google is incorrect---they do not take Keystone First anymore. Playing musical chairs with providers due to constantly changing coverage isn't a place you want your patients to be in, especially if they need follow-ups."

We decided to go to a new dentist but this office is making it very difficult to send our X-rays to the new dentist. They ended up handing my husband a single typed printer paper with x-ray pictures on it."

"Hey Good People, I chose this dental office due to location. I wasn't 100% sold from reviews, but decided to give them a try. I originally called the Flourtown location and was going to go, but again decided to go to this location. Well I booked my appointment a month in advance. A day before my appointment, they called me and told me that the doctor no longer do visits on Monday's and she now only see patients Wednesday and Friday. One day cancellation after waiting a month. I said okay, flag one and still proceeded to reschedule. The next appointment wasn't until another month. As the appointment date gets closer, one day before yet again, they call and cancel because the doctors has to leave. Now this is the second time. I was completed irritated and decided not to even reschedule since this is the norm for this office. If you are looking for a new dentist office, please skip this one."
