Sue's Thai Cuisine & Noodle Bar is a family-owned restaurant located at 5139 Milford Road in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Our chef, Sue, was classically trained at SUAN DUSIT UNIVERSITY in Bangkok, Thailand, and has been cooking traditional family recipes passed down for generations. After completing an internship at The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Spa Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, Sue knew she wanted to open her own restaurant in the United States. She eventually settled in Pennsylvania, where she met her husband and opened a food concession at the Pocono Bazaar Flea Market.
