"Pizza is pretty weak. Plenty of better options in town including all the major chain pizza shops. Their pizza is a 4.5 out of 10."
"Went in for pickup today. They just opened a week ago, so they were slammed. They had a line of people there waiting on pizza, they were obviously overwhelmed but the pizza still came out at a good time frame and tastes great. Nice crust, good quality cheese, and thick sauce. People swear that speed means efficiency, but i disagree. I think they will get better at quoting times, but the pizza was great. We got a cheese pizza, and a pickle pizza. Both were great. Deff coming back."
"I always liked Fox,s ever since I was young and excited to see one come to town here in New Castle. So the first week they was open I got a steak sub and it was delicious just like I remember them to be so I was craving another one today and it was the worst sub I've ever had the bun wasn't toasted and it was soggy and falling apart and end up throwing it away very disappointed."
"Having a foxs in new castle is great haven't eaten at one in 12 years at least. I ordered delivery tonight. The food overall was just as amazing as I remembered however the workers may have been a bit overwhelmed. It started out my delivery order was wrong the driver took it back so I decided to go there myself because the driver said they were extremely busy. And I wasn't sure how long til I got my new pizza. Upon getting there I explained what happened and a guy i believe a worker called him angel checked on my new pizza and the driver did relay a message about my order so it was made quickly. I didn't ask for a partial refund because it's a new place and a dang good pizza eatery that other pizza places willhave to get it together to compete with. The workers I did encounter were nice another reason I didn't want a refund. No attitudes or rude facial expression when saying about my order being messed up. This place is highly recommended. I ordered a champion half cheese half pepperoni( 16 slices) and cheese sticks"
"Excellent pizza, the other shops in town are going to have to up their game because what I've tried so far at Fox's has been exquisite. Steak Rancher is a high recommend especially, give it a go the next time you're in the mood for pizza and trying to decide once again between Pizza Joe's and Mr Pizza. You will not be sorry."
