Established in 1990 and developed in three phases, the park is a collaborative effort between the Parks & Recreation Committee, the East Brandywine Youth Association (EBYA), volunteers, and donors. Visitors to the park can enjoy paved walking trails, two playgrounds, four baseball/softball diamonds, ample parking, four pavilions, two pickleball and tennis courts, one restroom facility, and six soccer fields. The park provides opportunities for active recreation, including youth leagues for team sports managed by the EBYA. This independent non-profit organization has priority access to and assists in the maintenance of the Township's athletic fields.
